Arrange on site consultation
Following our on site consultation we can instruct our designer to prepare your drawings for planning and/or building control. Once approved, we will issue our complete fixed-price contract pack including detailed quotation, technical drawings and a confirmed installation date with fixed completion date.
Build starts within 4 weeks of contract
Our guaranteed lead time to start works on site is 4 weeks from contract. Most projects complete within 6 weeks on site.
One last thing
All prices are indicative and subject to site survey and final contract quotation. Ancillary works are budget figures — final costs confirmed on instruction. Base rate: £3,300/m² (up to 15m²) / £3,150/m² (15–30m²) / £3,000/m² (30m²+). All prices include VAT at 20%.
